Ingredients / 材料:

【本體】-
8個小Muffins
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.....中筋麵粉 1又1/2杯
3/4 cup white sugar.....白砂糖 3/4杯
1/2 teaspoon salt.....鹽 1/2茶匙
2 teaspoons baking powder.....泡打粉  2茶匙
1/3 cup vegetable oil.....植物油  1/3杯(or 橄欖油)
1 egg.....蛋 1顆
1/3 cup milk.....鮮奶  1/2
1 cup fresh blueberries.....新鮮藍莓  1/2


【上層】
1/2 cup white sugar.....白砂糖 1/2杯 →1/4杯 P.S:用1/2杯砂糖烤出來真是甜死人了...
1/3 cup all-purpose flour.....中筋麵粉 1/3杯 →1/2杯
1/4 cup butter, cubed.....奶油 1/4杯
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.....肉桂粉 1又1/2茶匙


Directions / 作法:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
烤箱以200°C預熱10分鐘。

1又1/2杯的麵粉+泡打粉先過篩。

2. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Place vegetable oil into a 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
再混入3/4杯的砂糖、鹽,然後加入雞蛋、橄欖油及鮮奶。
倒入Muffin杯中(並加入新鮮藍莓)。

3. To Make Crumb Topping: Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup butter, and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Mix with fork, and sprinkle over muffins before baking.
再另外混合1/4杯的砂糖、1/2杯的中筋麵粉及1/4杯奶油(融化)、還有1/2匙的肉桂粉,用叉子拌勻,然後灑在Muffins上。

4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until done.
烤20分鐘即可完成。
(175°C 上、下火全開烤10分鐘,然後關上火,留下火續烤13分鐘即可)
